The Packaging Challenge (The Demands)

Application: Thermal shrink film packaging for high-voltage and industrial electrical switch products.
Large Dimensions & Exceptional Height: The heavy-duty products feature substantial volume and exceptional height, which imposes extremely demanding requirements on the machine's maximum wrapping envelope and sealing dimensions.
Heavy Loading Capacity: Single units weigh up to 20 kg. Transporting these heavy items continuously along the production line poses a critical bottleneck and rigorous test for standard conveyor systems.
Premium Aesthetic Finish: The client demands a high-end retail presentation, requiring the final shrink-wrapped surface to be flawlessly smooth, wrinkle-free, and tightly contoured.

Advanced Continuous Side Sealing Technology: Given the oversized dimensions and tall profile of the client's products, conventional L-bar shrink sealers are unable to handle the sizes or deliver the required precision finish. We custom-engineered and recommended our Automatic Continuous Side Sealing Shrink Machine. Unlike standard L-sealers, the side sealing mechanism features an infinite packaging length capability, offering a significantly wider packaging envelope, superior versatility, and substantially higher clearance for tall items.
Reinforced Heavy-Duty Conveyor & Powertrain: To address the extreme weight challenges, we heavily upgraded the entire transport system. The motor horsepower was dramatically increased, and the structural load-bearing capacity of the chassis and roller conveyor systems was strictly reinforced. These heavy-duty structural enhancements ensure the system effortlessly withstands high-weight stresses, enabling the line to smoothly execute batch multi-pack wrapping simultaneously at high speeds.
