High-Speed Continuous Side Sealing Integration: To overcome the twin challenges of oversized cartons and rapid line speeds, standard fixed-frame L-sealers are inadequate. We custom-engineered and deployed our Automatic Mid-to-High Speed Continuous Side Sealing Machine utilizing premium POF (Polyolefin) heat shrink film.
Seamless Unmanned Line Synchronization: By connecting our advanced continuous side sealer with a synchronized POF Heat Shrink Tunnel and integrating it directly into Master Kong's main conveyor system, we successfully achieved a fully automated, unmanned production line workflow. The system operates with absolute mechanical precision, effortlessly matching the factory's high-speed throughput targets with maximum operational stability.
