Tailored PE Film Thermal Shrink Tunnel Integration: We seamlessly paired the continuous side sealer with a custom-engineered, heavy-duty PE Film Heat Shrink Tunnel to form a fully synchronized packaging system. Operating with an infinite packaging length capability, the line automatically accommodates fluctuating moulding dimensions with extreme mechanical precision.
Fully Automated Unmanned Line Workflow & High ROI: By connecting the combo directly into Saint-Gobain's main conveyor system, we achieved a fully automated, unmanned production line workflow. The resulting high-strength PE film wrap establishes a robust moisture-proof, dust-proof, and anti-scratch cushion that safeguards delicate plaster surfaces. Compared to traditional manual wrapping methodologies, this automated line slashes total consumables expenditure while dramatically optimizing manual labor efficiency.
