Automatic Continuous Side Sealing Integration: To overcome the technical challenges of fluctuating yarn profile lengths and stringent speed demands, conventional fixed-frame L-bar sealers cannot deliver the necessary throughput. We custom-engineered and deployed our Automatic Mid-to-High Speed Continuous Side Sealing Machine.
Synchronized Thermal Shrink Tunnel System: By coupling the continuous side sealer with our heavy-duty industrial Heat Shrink Tunnel, we formed a fully integrated, high-adaptability automated system. This line leverages an infinite packaging length mechanism, allowing smooth, continuous format adjustments for multiple product specifications without mechanical friction.
Aesthetic Preservation & High Cost Efficiency: The tightly contoured film wrap establishes a hermetic moisture-proof, dust-proof, and anti-scratch barrier that safeguards delicate yarn surfaces from ambient humidity and fraying.
