Automatic labeling machines are widely used in various fields. Many manufacturers choose modern labeling machines to label their products. However, many manufacturers are not familiar with the machinery; they may learn to operate an automatic labeling machine, but neglect its daily maintenance. Therefore, proper daily maintenance of automatic labeling machines can extend their service life:
1. Ensure a suitable indoor working environment. Place the labeling machine in a well-ventilated, dry environment, ideally maintaining a temperature of around 25 degrees Celsius.
2. For labeling machines that operate for extended periods, add oil periodically. Generally, after 48 hours of operation, add 6# machine oil to every moving part, especially gears, bearings, and the gearbox, as these are critical components.
3. After prolonged operation, always turn on the cooling fan and allow the machine to cool down before turning it off to prevent damage from high temperatures.
4. Clean the labeling machine regularly. Moving machines easily accumulate dust, so clean the machine periodically to remove dust. If the labeling machine is temporarily idle, not only should the power be unplugged, but it should also be covered with a cloth to prevent dust from settling on it.
5. To ensure the quality and better operation of the labeling machine, the high-temperature belt must be cleaned regularly. If any machine parts show severe wear, they must be replaced promptly.
