Regularly clean the machine surface, base plate, lower mold slide plate, grooves, upper mold inner pressure plate, and positioning rods (Note: Power must be turned off and the machine returned to room temperature). Regularly apply grease to the lower mold slide plate, pressure rod bearings, eccentric wheels, guide pillars, guide rails, and other transmission parts to ensure machine performance. Cleaning the toothed blades: First, plug the two drain holes of the lower mold with cotton balls. Pour boiling water into the lower mold groove until full. Then push the lower mold slide plate into place, press the upper mold down to its lowest point, and let the toothed blades soak for several minutes until clean. Repeat several times.
