Installation Notes
Place the machine on a flat floor and keep the inlet aligned with the upstream station.
Do not lock the guide position before sample running.
If the line includes a tunnel or label head, leave space for material change and paper edge alignment, product stack height and output cooling.
Books and magazines are checked for paper edge alignment before wrapping.
Thin catalogs can curl after heat, so cooling time is part of the sample review.
Printed sets should be packed with the title face protected from the seal line.

Inspection starts with the visible frame, wiring area and moving parts.
Then we check Sample fit, seam position, film tension and package appearance during a short running test.
If the sample shows film, label or transfer trouble, the setting is adjusted before delivery.
