Automatic PE Film Sleeve Bundler

Automatic PE Film Sleeve Bundler is used for bottled water, canned drinks and other grouped packs that need a firm film sleeve before storage or transport. The product group enters through the guide, the film is fed around the pack, the sleeve is sealed, and the pack moves through the heat tunnel for shrink tightening. Its main structure includes the infeed guide, film roll support, sealing unit, mesh-belt conveyor and shrink chamber.

We check group spacing, film overlap and outlet stability with real bottle or can samples when they are available.

Seal strength is reviewed after the pack leaves the tunnel, because PE film can look tight before it fully cools.

The mesh belt, guard covers and electrical response are checked before packing.

For heavy beverage packs, we confirm the 30kg conveying load against the expected pack weight.

PE film tension is set slowly during trial running, so the sleeve does not pull the group out of square.

The first finished packs are kept for comparison before continuous running starts.
