Automatic Sleeve Sealer is used on film packaging lines for straight-line carton or bottle groups before shrink treatment. The machine takes the product through feeding, film positioning and sealing, then connects with the next shrink or output section when needed. Product Process
1. Product size, material roll and line direction are checked first.
2. The machine runs a short trial with real samples.
3. Settings are kept only after Seal line, knife return, safety cover and film feeding give a clear result.
Straight-line groups need a clean handover from the feeding belt to the sealing area.
The film overlap is reviewed on the side where it will not cover important package information.
If the product group is tall, the guide frame should be checked for side pressure.

Operators should not change several settings at the same time during a trial.
Check belts, guides and sensor faces after a long shift.

Packaging
