Open at both ends:
This method involves wrapping the product in a tubular or flat film before heat shrinking. After packaging, there is a shrink opening at both ends of the package.
Four-sided sealed:
This method wraps the product around its sides with flat or tubular film, sealing the seams with an overlap. It is used for products requiring a sealed packaging.
One-end open:
Panel shrink packaging is a typical example. The film is first made into a large square-bottomed bag, which is then placed over a stacked pallet of goods from top to bottom, followed by heat shrinking. Alternatively, the pallet with the product is placed on a conveyor belt, covered with a shrink film bag, and then fed into a heat shrink tunnel. After passing through the heat shrink tunnel, the shrink packaging is complete. Its main feature is that products can be securely bundled in a certain quantity, preventing loosening during transportation and allowing for open-air storage.
Features: Heat shrink film packaging machines are small-scale heat shrink packaging equipment meticulously manufactured according to international standards. They are characterized by easy operation, wide applicability, good sealing, high transparency, low cost, and high quality, making them suitable for packaging small to medium batches of products. When heat shrink film machines and labeling machines are used in conjunction, they form a label shrinking production line, which is widely applicable to pharmaceuticals, food, and other industries.
