The working principle of a heat shrink packaging machine can be divided into the following steps:
1. Film Material Conveying: The pre-cut shrink film is placed on the machine's conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is usually made of high-temperature resistant material, capable of withstanding the high temperatures during the heat shrinking process.
2. Product Placement: Next, the product to be packaged is placed on the shrink film. Products can be of various shapes and sizes; the heat shrink packaging machine has a certain degree of adaptability and can accommodate products of different specifications.
3. Heating and Shrinking: After the product is placed on the shrink film, the heat shrink packaging machine heats the shrink film through infrared radiation.
