Working Principle of a Heat Shrink Packaging Machine

The working principle of a heat shrink packaging machine can be divided into the following steps:

1. Film Material Conveying: The pre-cut shrink film is placed on the machine's conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is usually made of high-temperature resistant material, capable of withstanding the high temperatures during the heat shrinking process.

2. Product Placement: Next, the product to be packaged is placed on the shrink film. Products can be of various shapes and sizes; the heat shrink packaging machine has a certain degree of adaptability and can accommodate products of different specifications.

3. Heating and Shrinking: After the product is placed on the shrink film, the heat shrink packaging machine heats the shrink film through infrared radiation. During the heating process, the shrink film gradually shrinks and tightly adheres to the product surface. This process is the core of the heat shrink packaging machine, making the packaging more aesthetically pleasing and compact.

4. Cooling and Shaping: After heating and shrinking, to ensure the shrink film adheres better to the product, the heat shrink packaging machine cools the packaging through a cooling system. During the cooling process, the shrink film sets, forming a stable packaging structure.

5. Conveying and Discharging: After cooling and shaping, the packaged product is conveyed out of the machine by the conveyor belt, completing the entire packaging process.
