Product Process
1. Set product spacing and film roll direction before heating starts.
2. Adjust side seal position and conveyor tracking with a real product sample.
3. Check the cooled pack before raising speed.
Long products should be measured with the full outer package, including raised edges.
The side seal is checked at several points, because a small belt drift can change the seam line.
For continuous work, film scraps should not build up near the sealing area.
