Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine

The Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine is prepared for placing pressure-sensitive paper or foil stickers on regular packages. The reference structure includes the unwinding wheel, buffer wheel, guide rollers, drive roller, peel plate, rewinding wheel and labeling roller. In use, the label web is pulled forward, the liner bends over the peel plate, the sticker leaves the backing paper, and the pressing part lays it on the package surface. This layout suits flat cartons, cards, sleeves, small boxes, plastic cases and other packs that need top-face or side-face sticker work before final packing.

The label route is short and visible, so the operator can see the roll, web path, peel point and liner take-up during adjustment.

The peel plate gives a controlled release point for paper stickers and foil stickers, which helps the first edge land on the planned package area.

For cartons and cards, the pressing roller works after release instead of before release, reducing the chance of a loose corner at the label front edge.

The Automatic Sticker Labeling Machine can be placed near a packing table or used beside a simple conveyor when product spacing remains steady.

Unwinding wheel: holds the roll label stock and prevents a sudden free spin at start-up.

Buffer wheel: absorbs web tension changes when the label head starts and stops.

Guide roller group: keeps the backing paper straight before it reaches the sensing and peeling area.

Drive roller and rewinding wheel: pull the used liner away after each sticker is separated.

Labeling roller: presses the released sticker onto the surface after the liner turns at the peel plate.
